


Members Only - Retreat at Crafter's Sanctuary
LSMQG Members please join us to work on a quilting project of your choice in a 4,000 square foot renovated church in Duluth from October 10-12, 2025.
We will be sewing in the 1,000 square foot sanctuary with 20-foot ceiling and plenty of natural light. The chairs are comfortable, each quilter has their own table and light.
The Crafter’s Sanctuary has space for 12 quilters. We will be planning and providing the meals in small teams.
Registration closes on September 4, 2025
If registration is not full with members by August 20, we will open registration to the public for $145.

Cost and Registration Details
$112.00 You are not required to stay overnight, however the price per person does not change if you choose to sleep at home.
Registration closes on September 4.
Registration is non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled as noted below.
Registration is transferrable to another member - members must coordinate and work out financials amongst themselves. LSMQG will not facilitate registration transfers, including reimbursements and requesting payment from another member.
Accommodations, Lodging, Meals
Due to Minnesota Fire Safety Codes, we are limited to 12 quilters.
Each quilter will have her own 5 ft table, with a task light, and comfortable chair.
We will set up cutting and ironing stations.
There are 12 twin beds in five bedrooms.
There are bathrooms with showers. Towels, soap, shampoo and toiletries provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped except for any ingredients.
We will prepare and dine together for four meals: two brunches and two suppers. Karen will put together 4 Meal Prep Teams and help teams with menu planning.
You are welcome to bring snacks to share.
Bring your own beverages, including coffee and tea.
There is a television, DVD player, computer, printer and internet access.
